About the job

Main responsibilities

Supporting Airbus final assembly lines in France, Germany, China and the USA, as well as the Toulouse based flight test centre with any issues relating to U.K. owned wing systems installation engineering issues.

Typical day

Investigate issues on aircraft and design and propose solutions to enable aircraft delivery to customers.

What do I enjoy about my job?

The variety of tasks that I am responsible for, I believe this is unparalleled.

Why did this area of work appeal to me?

Very reactive high pressure high stake environment.

Training I receive as part of my job

I am on the graduate development programme, so I receive lots of training tailored to the processes in the company (such as win bids, project management, etc.), but also soft skills training.

Find something you love to do and make sure you get the on well with the people you are going to work with.
