Graduate case studies
Even though many of our graduates will have progressed in their careers since completing a case study, they are still of interest to students who wish to gain an understanding of the world of work.
I practise predominantly in the fields of employment, discrimination and sports law. On a day to day basis, I represent a range of clients in the Employment Tribunal, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the civil courts. In addition, I have experience of working on sports and commercial arbitrations.
I undertake advocacy in a variety of different forums; provide legal advice to clients, both in person and over the phone; draft written advices / opinions on legal issues; and draft court documents (including Particulars of Claim, Defences, Skeleton Arguments, Notices of Appeal etc.). I also provide seminars on a regular basis to solicitors' firms.
