About the job

Main responsibilities

Carrying out valuation for various types of property (mainly commercial) on behalf of domestic and internal clients

Typical day

Site inspection, market research, establishing valuation model, calculation, valuation report drafting, replying questions raised by clients, auditors and other relevant parties.

What do I enjoy about my job?

Each case is unique. Different types of property, different clients, different purposes of valuation make my work very interesting and rewarding.

Challenging aspects

To put valuation technical knowledge into practice is always challenging as each case various.

Why did this area of work appeal to me?

Valuation is the fundamental of investment world.

All skills leant from the University of Sheffield plus negotiation.
