Advice to students

My piece of advice to students

Consider what you want to do, why and make sure that you can properly articulate it. Too many graduates blanket bomb FTSE100 and hope.

Consider WHY the organisation you interview with should hire YOU. What makes you different to the vast other number of graduates that apply. Also, ensure that you understand how your values align to the values of the organisation - this is becoming increasingly important.

As for career advice - need to be driven, need to focus on performance and need to actively network.
