What do I enjoy about my job?

The feedback from clients and the variation in the role ie from helping first-time buyers who are over the moon to purchase their first property to those in severe financial difficulty and needing to lower their monthly outgoings.

Challenging aspects

- Being unable to source a resolution for clients, simply due to lenders criteria.
- It's very rare but dealing with difficult clients. This can sometimes be due to lender delays, or that the available products for a client based on their needs isn’t what they have seen on price comparison sites.
