The reputation that Cranfield has as a business school as well as the course content and graduate careers available to me were all pull factors.

During my masters I am also working towards my BMC (Bloomberg Market Concepts) qualification which upon completion will show that I can successfully navigate a Bloomberg terminal. I will also be working towards my CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Level 1 certificate alongside my MSc.

As it stands I have applied for a variety of summer internships/graduate schemes starting June 2019 in a variety of investment banks and wealth management funds. However, I am intrigued in studying for a Phd and that is something I will consider in years to come.

For IR & Politics it is very case study related - a case study, past or present, can always be applied to whatever module you are undertaking. With that in mind, one key piece of advice would be to always be aware of the news that is going in around you and around the world and to use the resources that the Department and University have to offer.
