Even though many of our graduates will have progressed in their careers since completing a case study, they are still of interest to students who wish to gain an understanding of the world of work.

About the job

Main responsibilities

As the head of Quality Assurance Office and Information Management I make sure that all the processes at our College run smoothly. Together with stakeholders we make sure the education we offer is of the best possible quality. In my job I have eight people under my responsibility.

Typical day

Advising the board on quality matters.
Making policy documents concerning quality matters.
Hold meetings with programmes to ensure maximum quality of education.
Represent the college on external meetings about quality assurance.

Brief history since leaving University

For five years I worked as an adviser in Quality Assurance at the same University College.
For the past three years I have been Head of Office
