Even though many of our graduates will have progressed in their careers since completing a case study, they are still of interest to students who wish to gain an understanding of the world of work.
Answer legal questions from colleagues and clients about lettings
Draw up tenancy agreements and other contracts/notices
Setting up new properties online/brochures etc
Office management - tech/stationery
Training new staff/interviewing
Everything and anything that comes up - dealing with a range of issues both legally and technical, drawing up tenancy agreements and making brochures, replying to emails and taking calls from clients.
I now work from home in Sheffield despite the company being located in London
Love to train new members of staff and teach legal aspects of lettings
Learning lettings legislation (am now ARLA qualified)
Dealing with difficult landlords and tenants
Current work load is substantially increased due to other admin staff leaving
Wanted to move to London and my friend got me an interview

Really have no idea! Might consider a complete change of pace and start my own art shop.
When I was younger I always worried about how I was going to decide what job I would have, and I never really decided it just happened. If I had gone into Biochemistry I would have had to make a more proactive commitment to finding a job and a career though.
