Advice to students

My piece of advice to students

Volunteer and get lots of experience. Charities depend very heavily on volunteers so there will always be opportunities, you just have to go out there and find them. Once you start applying for jobs don't give up if you keep getting turned down. Ask for feedback and any gaps you've got, try and fill them with your volunteering. You'll get there eventually!
