Manage a team of Engineers (various specialisation).
People Management.
Research & Technology projects.

Typical day

Task updates of the previous day.
Priority calls from customers (internal & external)
Technical work update & follow-up.
Sub-contractor workload review.
Resource plan (Attendance, Workload, etc)
Meetings (Engineering, Management, Suppliers/Vendors).
