My area of study is actually in the area of leadership in education. This was chosen because of my own position as a school principal and my desire to learn how the experiences of leaders impact on their practice.

Supervises the work of heads of departments and deans.
Implementation of the curricululm
Completes staff reports and plans a programme of learning and teacher training.
Completes school and exam timetables.
