Advice to students

My piece of advice to students

Do as much volunteer work as possible to gain a range of skills and understand the different types of jobs in this area. Also when you are applying for jobs, make sure you understand the job specification and what is required of you in that role.

Other comments

Be prepared to start at the bottom - I find a lot of people in my organisation have worked their way up, rather than gaining many qualifications prior to starting work.
