About the job

Main responsibilities

I do most of the reports, edit any piece of news, anchoring, and a TV sports show presenter.

Typical day

Starting early in the morning trying to arrange all the reports that have to be done, editing the news, and then putting it in a coherent order. After that I deal with the news presentation as an anchorman.

What do I enjoy about my job?

Meeting new people and getting informed about every day stories.

Challenging aspects

Time is always less and less. And of course you have to prove all the time that you just do your job and that you don't try to protect any interests.

Why did this area of work appeal to me?

That is a really good question, probably because I like to take over huge tasks. But for sure, because unemployment in Greece is huge, so it was the only open job for me available.

Skills/qualifications I use in my job?

None

Training I receive as part of my job

Following seminars, and taught programs.
