Working in the UK

From Business Management to Education and from Engineering to Finance, the UK offers a wide range of graduate careers and a vibrant economy. You may be studying a vocational qualification (training towards a particular job) or your Masters degree may be more general. Either way, there are opportunities available to you.

Over two thirds of graduates from UK universities go on to work in a job area not related to their degree. This means that you have lots of choices. However, it is important to start thinking now about the route you may wish to take.

Many graduate employers will start to advertise positions from September or October in advance of starting the following year!  This means you need to be organised and start thinking about applying early.
